Here are just a few of the questions we are asked everyday pertaining to homebuilding and the many details involved in such a project.

Q: Don't you worry about people stealing your ideas off the website?

A: No, because arches and ceiling details and whatnot aren't "re-inventing the wheel" anybody can do that stuff. It's a matter of putting them together in a tasteful manner, that is where our talent comes into play. As a matter of fact, I would like to see builders try and emulate what's on the webpage. I'd be flattered, but they would have to be careful not to look cheesy, and not cheapen the effect.

Q: How much will it cost?

A: We'd love to tell you but our homes aren't happy meals. We are custom home builders which means our homes are built around your specifications, i.e. door styles, flooring choices, hardware, and appliances. Options are only as limited as your imagination or budget.

Q: What price range do you build in?

A: Typically we build upper end homes around $300,000 or so but we are custom home builders and can make even a $100,000 home custom.

Q: Who does your designs?

A: Almost all of our homes were designed by me (JB). Erin rounds out the home design by selecting (or helping the client select) colors and flooring and other decorative aspects of the home.

Q: Can we bring you a set of plans and you can build them?

A: Yes, but as a general rule, we prefer to do our own stuff. The reason being that every builder will build your plans differently, some will give you a $200 front door allowance (without telling you that it's off the discount bargain bin at the local home supply store) and others will put in a custom front door (costing up to a thousand dollars). It makes for an uneven playing field. We like to work closely with our clients and give them exactly what they want, and we have a reputation for honesty and integrity.

Q: We really liked this house, but we need another bedroom. Can we do that?

A: Absolutely! But most of the time it entails revamping a good part of the house, and that is where our design team plays such an integral part of this building process.
