La Tierra EscondidaLa Tierra Escondida subdivision is located in the Las Alturas area on the south-east edge of Las Cruces, NM. It is a gated community for higher end homes. Sitting in the foothills of the Organ Mountains, this real estate offers its residents easy access to many outdoor amenities. La Tierra Escondida offers large view lots and equestrian lots with 360-degree views of the mountains and the valley. It is a great place to watch the sun rise or set. La Tierra Escondida also has lush natural vegetation and an abundance of wildlife. The lots are surrounded by open space and natural landscaping. The SanctuaryThe Sanctuary Subdivision sits in the south valley and is for moderatly priced homes starting around $300,000. The Sanctuary is tucked away in the lush south valley just down the road from Historic Mesilla. Real Estate here has wonderful views of the Organ Mountains. While located in the county, the Sanctuary is close to just about everything you need. It has many conveniences including easy access to the Highway 28 which will take you through Mesilla and into Las Cruces, or south through historic communities and pecan trees. Sonoma RanchSonoma Ranch Golf Course Community is one of Las Cruces' premier master planned communities. Its subdivisions offer beautiful single-family homes easy access to town, the golf course, and everything else you need to make your life more comfortable. Many residents spend the day on the golf course. After golf you can relax and enjoy a meal at their exquisite family restaurant, Sunset Grill, which is located in the clubhouse. Homes in Sonoma Ranch start around $275,000 depending on the lot and specific subdivision. Sonoma Ranch Estates is a higher end subdivision with gated access. These subdivisions include Barcelona Ridge, Coronado Ridge and Butterfield Ridge, to name a few.
